DMCI Homes targets October 2021 turnover of Balintawak Condo

Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes has ramped up the construction of its single-tower development--The Celandine—in A. Bonifacio Avenue, Balintawak, Quezon City, as it prepares its turnover to unit owners by October next year.
Construction of the 47-storey building has already reached the 26th floor in February, putting the structure on course for top off by September this year.

The company’s Construction, Design and Engineering, and Quality Management departments are working hand in hand to ensure that the company’s 102-point inspection system initiative is strictly implemented in the construction of The Celandine.

The 102-point quality checklist covers all phases of construction, starting from the inspection of the soil quality, compliance to standard building requirements,  testing of the strength of the concrete, and meticulous examination of the physical measurements of the layout, types of materials to be used, and the plumbing, sanitary, electrical, and mechanical systems of the structure.
